Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the session price. This allows time to offer the spot to another client.
No-show policy: failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the session fee. I appreciate your understanding, as no-shows take away opportunities for other clients.

I understand that emergencies happen. Please contact me as soon as possible if an emergency arises, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
For packages and prepaid sessions, cancellation fees apply per session scheduled. For prepaid packages, cancellation fees will be deducted from the remaining balance.
