What I help with

Massage for stress, headaches, neck and back pain, sleep and recovery in Fort Worth.

You don't need to know which session to book. Tell me what hurts or what won't settle, and we'll build the plan from there. Here's how I tend to work with the things people bring in most, plus a few short videos I send clients for between sessions.

Can massage help tension headaches and TMJ?

Often, yes. Tension headaches and jaw pain usually trace back to the neck, shoulders and jaw muscles holding on long after the stress that started it. Slow, focused work on those areas, paired with breath, gives them a reason to let go. We also look at what's feeding it, like how you sit or where you brace.

Try at home: neck and headaches

Three short ones. Each takes about a minute and none of them need equipment.

If your neck feels like it is being pulled rather than just stiff, this is usually the first thing I have people try at home.

For the spot where the neck meets the shoulders, the one that aches after a day at a screen.

Headaches that start at the back of the skull often trace to the head sitting forward of the shoulders. Short and easy to remember.

These are general exercise videos from therapists and coaches I trust, not a prescription. Move slowly, stay inside what feels comfortable, and stop if anything hurts. If you are unsure whether something is right for you, ask me at your next session.

Can massage help neck, shoulder and back pain?

Yes, especially the kind that comes from desk posture, old injuries and stress. I work slowly and ask what you like and don't like, so pressure matches what your body can actually use. Hard pressure on a guarded muscle usually makes it guard harder. A focused session targets one area; the Therapeutic Bodywork Session treats the whole pattern.

Sessions that fit: Focused Therapeutic Session, 60 min, $135, or Therapeutic Bodywork Session, 90 min, $180. Book

Try at home: desk shoulders and upper back

If you sit for a living, these are the ones I send most often.

I send this to almost every desk worker I see. Do it at your desk, nobody will notice.

Two movements, no equipment. If you only do one thing between sessions, this is a good one.

Most people try to fix posture by forcing their shoulders back, which just adds tension. This explains what to do instead, and it matches how I work.

Can massage help tight hips and low back pain from sitting?

Yes. Long hours in a chair or a car shorten the front of the hips and ask the low back to do the bracing. People feel it as a pinch at the front of the hip, an ache across the back of the pelvis, or a low back that never fully relaxes. Slow work through the hips, glutes and low back, with breath, lets that pattern release instead of fighting it.

Session that fits: Therapeutic Bodywork Session, 90 min, $180. Book

Try at home: hips and low back

Gentle ones. Floor or chair, nothing that asks you to push through pain.

Gentle, and it works for hips that feel locked after a long drive or a long day in a chair.

Low back pain often starts with hips that are not doing their job. These build the support so your back can stop bracing.

Can massage help you sleep?

Many clients tell me the first thing that changes is sleep. Slow, nervous system-focused bodywork shifts the body out of the alert state that keeps people awake at 3 am. Between sessions, a short breathing practice before bed helps the effect last.

Session that fits: Therapeutic Bodywork Session, 90 min, $180. Book · Try box breathing
